Sparkling wine made with Sauvinong Blanc grape, pale yellow with greenish reflections, with a small and constant bubbling. The nose has very fresh primary fragance with hints of honey. The palate has peach, small accents of pineapple and grapefruit, has a balanced acidity.
This sparkling wine is manufactured by natural fermentation using the Charmat method.
