Since the beginning of 1935, Ángel Rossi dedicated himself to the cultural work of the vineyards, following the customs of his parents and grandparents from Italy, it was in Mendoza where he started with the elaboration of artisanal wines.
After many years of work Angel Rossi, then his son Carlos Rossi, become the most prestigious winemaker of the East Zone of Mendoza following his grandson Carlos Antonio Aguilar have established a philosophy of work with the simple goal of doing things right. Today a team of experts in each area makes it possible for our customers to have high quality products in the required places and volumes.
This is the “AGUILA MORA” wine house, where its exploratory and pioneering vocation led to perfecting and creating a great variety of wines and sparkling wines.
The legacy of Angel Rossi continues today, after 83 years, in the hands of his grandson Carlos who maintain that tradition of celebrating the life of wine.
