Sparkling wine made with Chenin base wine, through the Charmat method, by natural fermentation. Straw green with golden highlights and a persistent crown of bubbles. With fruity fragance, notes of peach, pear and green apple, acid notes and attractive toasted bread sensations. Fresh in the mouth and of great amplitude of smooth and balanced flavor, relationship between acidity and sugar.
This type of sparkling wine, with a higher concentration of sugar, is the one used to pair desserts and sweets.
